Richard Benoit Cholette, 79, of Selma passed away on Tuesday, December 8, 2009 at a local hospital. Funeral services will be held on Saturday December 12, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at West Highland United Methodist Church with Rev. Linda Tarver officiating and Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing.
Mr. Cholette is survived by his wife, Tina Plummer Cholette, his children, Cindy Hammonds of Jacksonville, FL, Jim Cholette of Concord, NH, his step-children, Randall (Karen) Plummer of Selma, Angie Champion of Selma, his grandchildren, Kellie Cholette, Jake Cholette, Nicole Goronflo, Josh Plummer, Shana Lenoir, and Alaina Champion.
Honorary pallbearers are the Doctors of Selma Medical Associates.
Active pallbearers will be Jimmy Richie, Earl Richie, Robert Latham, and Mason Harris.
The family will receive friends on Friday December 11, 2009 from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. There will be a Rosary beginning at 5:00 p.m. in the chapel.
